Hello, I have been carb counting for a while now. I am hopefully being given a pump after Easter. I was thinking of buying a carb counting book. Can anyone recommend one and is it worth it, as I am managing well by looking at food packaging etc. . I mainly struggle with homemade meals where ingredients are combined and therefore difficult to weigh. Thanks

Try Carbs & Cals as recommended by Diabetes UK

Carbs & Cals is a good visual guide, for reference I use the Calorie Carb & Fat Bible.
