How do I convert the numbers on a 3 month test to the average on a test meter?

Sorry if this is elsewhere but I couldnt find it.
Ive been Type 2 diet controlled for 10+ years and always averaged 6.5-7.0 which I know isnt ideal but Im elderly and it works for me.
Since my practise stopped issuing test strips my blood test this time was 66. I am sure it has previously been around 40?
These numbers mean nothing to me. Years ago the resulkts came back as '7.0 average or 6.8 average, which I could relate to daily testing.
Now Im just confused. Ids there a conversion table somewhere?

I think you are referring to HbA1c results. They used to be in %, now they they are in mmol/mol.

So 60 mmol/mol = 7.6%.
