Hello everyone,

I have been diabetic for 16 years and am currently working on a university project/competition. The project is around the theme of health and mine specifically is looking to help those who have poor hypoglycemic awareness, I have made this survey to gather further information on the issue and would appreciate if anyone could fill it out.

It's better if I can get responses from type ones, type twos, parents and children of all ages so please do spread the word.

If my project wins the competition I will be able to take it further and try to really make a difference in improving the lifestyles of type one and type two diabetics. Thanks for your support in advanced:

Don't worry, I have approved it as there are no questions that will reveal a forum member's identity.

I have also moved it from Diabetes Discussions to Diabetes Research.
