Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

Wednesday (18 March) 7.0
Today: 6.7

Not a very happy bunny at all a the moment .. .However according to my meter, my all readings average over the last 90 days is 6.9, and the Diabetes UK comparison chart for average glucose levels and HBA1c says 7.0 is equivalent to 42 which is close enough to what it was at last check up last summer - so I'll see if this matches my results from my blood test this week (hopefully I'll get these on Monday).

Speedy recovery eddie1968 and excuse my ignorance I am familiar with the bloods but are trace ketones a good thing or bad?

In short no..trace is not that bad but >1.5 mmol and it's the ICU for you lol. ;)
