I'm having one of those days when nothing works out. Almost daily im having a double digit reading these days, despite adjusting my pump dosage, insulin sensitivity, and carb counting religiously. Everyone else's results seem to be perfect in comparison to mine!
I'm sick of the fact that I can't tolerate certain foods that everyone else without diabetes can eat, I put on weight at the drop of a hat and my nurses are so focused on my results being perfect that even when I burst into tears in front of them, they just say that I will get it right soon.
Sorry for the whingy post, but sometimes I test, see the result and wonder why I bother trying so hard!
I've never made a big deal out of my diabetes so sometimes I don't focus on it as hard as i should.
Anyone else have days (or weeks!) like this? What do you find helps bring you back round to feeling positive again?
