Cress, chives, chilli flakes, garlic salt, mustard, just for starters, although not all at once,...... Obviously. I'm weird, but even I'm not that weird!

Oh I don't know, could be quite an experience!
I used to be quite good at cooking but since the kids left home and it's just me I've got right out of practice, and out of ideas it seems!

Blue cheese .. Yum .. Just mash the chease in to the Mayo .. For a dip keep it ferm, or add more olive oil to make it a dressing over salads

Crispy, very crispy bacon bits. If you don't want to cook the bacon, M&S (and the Co-Op, although of inferior quality, in my view), do packs of something like 50gr. As Enclave says, cheese - any grated would work. Chopped baby tomato. Chopped ham, or any other leftovers really.

Eek,.... For texture, one could add some wheat bran, if one is so inclined, or if required (being diplomatic-ish).

Egg mayo rocks!!! chilli all day long, black pepper maybe some salmon if i have any. AndBreathe seems to have it well sorted, many tips from that one, that should be called "megga-mayo" and copyrighted.

Bacon bits, yes that would work, I'd cook my own though, would need to cut every scrap of fat off!
And no wheat bran needed thank you ;)

The M&S stuff is cooked to a crisp, and dehydrated, do there is very little fat in evidence.. They have a long fridge life, usually, so they're a great add-in option for all sorts, including omelettes, tossed into salad leaves, with mayo etc. I'm a fan.

Ok thanks, if I ever venture towards Plymouth I'll get some, there's a food only M&S on the outskirts!
Oh, actually it's not that far from the hospital. will go next month after my appointment :)

I love ham grated cheese and chopped red pepper all at once mmmm

We add spring onions and a generous sprinkling of paprika to egg mayo, as well as salt and ground black pepper.

Well, love rolled up ham on the side but grate a little cheese into the egg and finely chop red pepper to throw in.
Will be trying Nobleheads idea of spring onions and paprika, sounds good
