Everybody is welcome :) Thank you for suggesting the pub. I will try and book the table just in case

Hiya

Thank you extending the invitation, I am sorry I definitely won't be able to make it as I will be out of the country on holidays. May be next time eh :-)

If you guys fancy some food, there are lots of restaurants near the Pub.

Have a lovely first meet !

Ooh amazing! Sounds like Glasgow is pretty close for most of the Scottish peeps to get to! So....when and where will the Glasgow meetup be? :)

God I would love to meet other people to discuss diabetes only had it for 6 months all so new but London too far for me also disabled limited mobility any catch ups nearer to abbots Langley ?

Been reading this with intrigue I could make a lot of excuses not to go, and to go I'm about 30-40 mins from London not been on a Train or bus for over 10 yrs so it would be so daunting, but sounds so Good, I start on my Insght pump the day before I'm use to pumping and well controlled but am I just being too cautious ? Is there anyone going from Essex that I could maybe meet with as I can't see and walk very well and just need a bit of guidance this sounds too good an opportunity to miss

I could meet you in London and we could go to the venue together, are you going to Fenchurch street then into 'central London' ? (I have family in Essex) I would be arriving in Waterloo first, then the tube. Agree, it sounds very exciting, but a little daunting too :) :nailbiting:
