Off Out Tonight

Liars,
Fledgling type 2 ....I am meeting up with the girls from work ( we've all recently been made redundant and celebrating getting new jobs ) tonight...
I dare say the drinks will be flowing...any advice.....i don't NEED to be drinking,but would like to have a few..Thanks in advance

Enjoy... Red wine. Gin and tonic hic::))
 
Red wine! All the way. It actually lowers my bs. I know this is not the same for everyone so dont count on that but I can sneak in a small carb snack at the end of the night! Enjoy! X
 
Do you have a monitor? Best to check the effect it has on you x
 
anything like rum and diet coke or gin and slimline tonic
but red wine is my favourite tipple too :)
 
Well I had a pre drink at a mates before going out 3/4 bottle of wine Then 4 or 5 I lost count double Bacardi n diet cokes..then bag of crisps and nuts (shared )..ended evening, well 2am with a burger with cheese, onions and mushrooms..got home just after 2.30..did my bloods before bed they were 9.4..lower than it had been...on waking they were 7.1..it seems after a night of bodily abuse my results were lower than they have been...this is what's confusing me, I'd of thought they'd be high.
 
Try mixing the wine with some water ?
Put into a larger bell or domed wine glass too .
Weaker but will look more'ish and last you much longer .
It does become an acquired taste thing ;):happy:

Diet coke goes with vodka to me ;)
