Has anyone had problems with supplies from Medtronic?

My order for reservoirs, Mio sets and diaries was supposed to arrive on Friday but only the diaries came - apparently there were problems with the Channel Tunnel. I was told the rest of the order would come on Tuesday.

The reservoirs arrived yesterday but when the Mios hadn't arrived by 4 o'clock today, I phoned Medtronic again. Now it seems there are supply problems at the warehouse. I asked if it was a production problem but was assured it was lack of stock in the warehouse and was told they would try to send my order by the end of the week

I'm not panicking yet but there is a little niggle of doubt. . . .
 
Yes, I live in France and get supplied by an intermediate company. They were supposed to send them 2 months ago but I had 'stock' so didn't chase it up . I reminded my Pump nurse a week ago. Just this minute received 2 boxes with a note saying that there was a stock problem and that they will send the other 2 boxes within 10 days

Thanks Phoenix, that confirms there's a problem - at least you've been told the truth!

I contacted my nurse who said she had some Mios she'll give me, if Medtronic can't deliver by the end of the week.
