Think I can say I am getting these numbers lark now...as you can see from my chart after a week of getting wrong I seem to be bang on a bit more.....
Got my carbs and calls book and app...seen DNS and said to her ...wanna know now the game....even though I am in my honeymoon part ....
But now I know part of the rules and game of the counting
So when the honeymoon is over ......
I will be ready for you diabetes ....you gimp
