i have type 2 since 2000 i am on insulin metformin and lyxumia i keep getting pains in the right side of my stomach and diarrhea can this be coeliac?

No one here can diagnose you. Your best bet is a visit to your GP.
 
Its a simple blood test, continue eating guten and ask your GP for a blood test for Coeliac as CarbsRok said.
