I am on victosa and traveling to Europe on a 16 hr flight I need suggestions on how to keep my medication cold on the flight and in hotels where I may not be able to get a refrigerator.

Frio packs are very good for this. You soak the inner pocket in water and the hard little crystals inside grow and become gel-like.

I use various sizes for insulin, pens and eye drops and don't have to worry about them becoming too warm.
