Hahahaha yes I am so glad to hear I want to be so positive in 30 years time.

Hahaha I eat everything I don't have any restrictions. I'm gonna smile as much as I can and also laugh .

Hello Tara and welcome.

I too am a three decader (think I've just made up a new word !) and I live as normal a life as most. It can be hard though living with diabetes and I've certainly had my ups and downs. The people on here are fantastic so stick with us now you've found us !

Keep positive and take each day as it comes. If your journey gets tough pick a few of us up on the way. Tough journeys are always a little easier if the people with you know the route a little ! :)

And there will be plenty on here..

Wow a long time and yes I think you have made up a new word. That's good to hear and I totally agree that the people on here are fantastic I will definitely be sticking around. I am definitely trying to be more positive and take each day as it comes and I think I will take your advice and pick a few of you lovely people up on the way .
