5.5 mmol / L this morning.
3.7 mmol / L at bed time.

Bed time reading was before 11pm! :) First time in a long time I've had a reading under 4 mmol / L and the first time my Neo meter has warned me about one!

Morning test likely before my dawn phenomenon. Will the timing of them adjust when my body adjusts to my regular early morning starts?

6.3 pretty happy about it, even though last night had 3 chicken drumsticks, bit of rice and small handful of peanuts;-)

4.8 this morning. Seem to be staying under 5 at the moment - not sure why as I'm not doing anything different but I'm not complaining :)

Morning all 7.7 this am and foggy outside hope it means gonna be sunny later :)

6.2 this morning - got to bed at 1.30AM and up again at 05.50 and reading was taken after showering, instead of before which I'd what I would normally do. Long day ahead with lots of walking :)

Having become an avid label reader while supermarket shopping I have noticed that Asda's "Chosen by you" peanut butter has 2 different carb readings for their smooth (10.8g/100g) & crunchy (4.6g/100g). I always thought that curious.
I got crunchy, infact I found that the more expensive one's were high carb too, I am hoping it's not a printing mistake.

7.0 this grey day.

in other news, Twix are now smaller, a lot smaller and therefore one whilst eatching Big Brother doesnt affect the morning reading too much.

Predictable 6.1 got tempted by Bourbon biscuits last night and regrettably not just the one, but hey ho it happens sometimes, moving on.

Have a good day folks, meet you on the dark side.
