Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

Just a bit of experimenting again, as after a 5.3 at 15:50, I had good meal with 3 spoonfuls of rice, whole oven cooked mackerel and salad, which after 2hrs gave 6.4
Conclusion: rice not more than 2 spoonfuls at a time. Curious to see levels before bed and tomorrow morning around 5am when I start preparing for another 13 hrs shift;-)

Yep those dam lemons suck lol ...history period covers 1400- 1900 loosely, last module starts in oct and that's more arts and humanities 'myths in Greek and Roman worlds 'should be some light relief after studying Empires slavery and wars

I googled some other modifications of "chuff" and quickly found that the folks from Yorkshire have invented more than a few colourful variations. With this in mind, its probably safer to embrace your proposal and avoid censuring.
