6.7 dead chuffed with that...but the only way I've got it below 8 was to walk 2 miles yesterday and not eat anything apart from a salad at lunch

Fantastic results P1ckle, it shows you that you can get your levels down. Adding in some fat or protein shouldn't cause too much increase in those levels, don't starve yourself.
