
.I am newly diagnosed with diabetes and feel hungry most of the time what's the best to snack on I need to lose weight
Iv been low carving for 3 wks & never feel hungry, my portion sizes are smaller & don't need snacks, I was obsessed with food before!When I cut down on carbs I started feeling less hungry, even when exercising. If I get hungry, I drink water or herbal tea, and if I really need snacks, then I eat cheese or nuts, or start eating a carrot with olive oil while I am preparing my proper meal![]()
