hi my name is razz i was wondering if anybody has symtoms of leg cramps at night in the calfs i have been suffering really bad for the past 6 months i have read about it and was told it could deficiency of magnesium can you please let me know if i am allowed to take tablets although i am diabetic.

You might be deficient in Magnesium or another mineral such as Sodium. Your doctor can order blood tests and then advise you on what to do about the results, if anything.
