The SCREAM thread

Well; Mrs hay-char got the racquets back and has apparently left the shop under no doubt as to their parentage and propensity for self abuse :D

Luckily one of the local clubs where my son plays regularly, have agreed to get them re-strung for him by Saturday, so all's well that ends well - so long as it does, so to speak.
Well don't that 'erm "lady" ;)

I wouldn't deny it for a moment - particularly when the woman is small, Irish and feisty :D

Got back from Basingstoke a bit earlier, we went there to watch the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain at the Anvil (concert hall). Very enjoyable :)

**** pr*ck of a neighbour (2 doors down) thinks shouting out his window will stop dogs barking......other neighbour let pup out earlier for his weewees, (obvs realise mine have a bit of a chuff) dogs only did three woofs and he's bawling out the window at them and shut your f****ing dogs up (must've had a row with the wife) grrrr, wish he'd move....... No one else has ever had a problem......
Not just now....around half ten.....

Lol, shouting just encourages dogs to bark more ;)

I'm out of the loop on getting kids to school but when did it get that the whole neighbourhood is affected . I had a 9am appointment with my nurse and to get to the surgery the first road I walk is a short private road ha ha. This road is blocked with cars with doors/boots wide open making it difficult to get passed (trees one side and single pavement on the other) mum's are getting kids out followed by scooters, crash helmets, coats bags pushchair for the other child and I'm stood like a Nelly waiting for clearance. Pass two cars, get held up again and so on, so my fifteen minute walk takes 25/30 mins then two pelican crossings which take forever to let me cross. The main road is choked on both sides with cars, groups of mums stood chatting:eek: Finally arrive at surgery and my blood pressure is raised but kind nurse gives me five minutes and does it again, 'normal' thank god. Why do kids need a car ride then a scooter ride for the 120 yards to the school gate? My kids walked the one and a half miles to school, they carried their own bags and scooters were reserved for free time after School, they didn't inconvienience anybody and it strengthened their arms to carry a bag:D:p:D it also gave them rosy cheeks & calmed them before lessons. My return walk was easier as all the cars have gone but we still have groups of mums blocking the pavement and they don't bother to move to let me pass. No more early morning appointments for me in term time it's too frustrating aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh

Not had a good night have you? First the shouting neighbour and now CAKE CRISPS SQUIRTY CREAM:hungry: sounds lovely. I have just eaten a slice of spam, four very small crackers & a piece of cheese:eek: and I wasn't even hungry, just because it was in the fridge and my eyes wandered. Hope your now tucked up in bed, and doggies settled. I'm off now too, really tired after being up at 7.30:bigtears: not tomorrow though. Night Jan
