Indigestion after alcohol

hi there I'm new to this group, I'm here on behalf of my wife who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes last year

We've recently returned from holiday where alcohol was consumed daily, but since we've returned from hol my wife has suffered from really bad indigestion and really bad bloatedness which she says is really painful. Could anyone give me any feedback on this, thanks
 
Overindulgence????

If it's bad then she should get a check-up at her Dr's just to be on the safe side, hope things settle down for her soon.

Yes maybe overindulgence but don't know why it should be that bad, thanks a lot

As said @dannyboy_82, if it's bad and she's in discomfort then get her looked at by a Dr asap, as you can appreciate non of us are medically qualified to say what the cause may be.
