Morning all, after dinner last night was 4.8, 6.3 this morning. Can`t test any more for over a week as I`m out of strips now.

fiddling with my Basal atm having lost 19lbs in the last 3 months. 3 months ago was 58 units now down to 40 units, but it's fun trying to balance my evening reading against what I want my fasting to be. Still a bit wary of going to bed below 6.0, but I think I probably can, gonna have a go tonight.
