So Regarding My Insulin Pump

I was given a date on Monday but due to a clinical error I was told I had not had the funding put forward for it, anyway I got a call and I have got to see the dietician early next month, see the pump Dr at the end of next month, maybe haha yes maybe start on the pump on the 7th of December with a review the following week and to top this off I have an appointment with the hand clinic with regards to the nerve damage in my hands and feet on the 18th December (just hope its not the operation on that day with it being so close to christmas)

Just thought I would let you,s know :)

Thanks for the update. I'd imagine they wouldn't plan an operation without telling you ahead of time. The wheels tend to turn slowly, so the clinic appointment will probably just be to check you over and decide about next steps from there.
 
Well had a meeting with the dietrican today and she seems the way forward for me is a pump, so now just have to wait until the 23rd of this month to see what he says
