  • when I eat out, I make sure I order food without sugar ( which is freshly prepared for customers ). I always tell them : NO SUGAR IN MY DISH PLEASE, BECAUSE I AM DIABETIC. MY food has always contained SAGAR!! It's very frustrated. I wish the restaurants understand how importance not to put any sugar in food for diabetic customers They care enough about wheat, gluten allergies and salt but why not SUGAR?
