    I'm doing ok, thanks for asking. Really do feel like I've turned a corner recently - just got to get my nighttime levels sorted and I'll be a happy bunny. How about yourself?

    Yep, I'm good at the moment. Levels are in the steady 6's & 7's which for me is good. Weight loss has slowed, but finally can say officially I have lost 10kg. I need to do more! But I'm currently on a Hobbit & Lord of the Rings binge.
