  • Hi, yes 100% stress effects the blood sugar, as does adrenaline.
    People will say, "don't stress" but that just isn't life, you probably wouldn't be a very nice person if you didn't feel any emotions or care about anything.
    I suggest, go for a walk, try and step away from your "normal surroundings" it's good for the mind and the blood sugar :)
