  • I am vegetarian; not a great fan of cooking/frying. Do eat eggs: love them. Can I have some suggestions for a healthy nutritious breakfast that I can just pick up in the Supermarkets.

    I honestly can't say anything off the supermarket that will be good choice for breakfast for a diabetic... the simplest thing without cooking that you can do is Flaxseed Porridge

    I know it sounds like lot of cooking but once you delve into the choices I have on my list they aren't very time consuming and the wheat gluten bread is the closest you can get to a real bread ... you can make one loaf from the recipe and it will quite possibly last you a whole week if you were to have two slices toasted with 2 eggs as breakfast each morning...that will be a great breakfast indeed.
