    How many calories?

    Tuna is a go to for me could eat all day. Chicken and fish ill have green veg (brocoli, raw spinach etc). Plenty of eggs (boiled, omelette, scrambled etc). I try to avoid processed foods with sugar and carbs so these fill me up and don't worry about calories as 2 meals a day and no snacking.

    What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

    Since doing low carb I'm feeling full and not wanting to snack at all. Lunch was cooked chicken thighs from last nights meal and 4 hard boiled eggs. Dinner was chicken stir-fry and then yoghurt with berries and drunk over 3 litres of water, 2 black coffees and 1 can of diet coke.

    Which kinds of exercise raise / lower blood sugar?

    Mine BG is bonkers at moment I do a 16/ 8 fast so even if I go for a walk my levels from when I wake in morning and slowly drop then when I break my fast they start to return to normal 2 hours after. Wonders of being a diabetic.

    As others have said little more info on what meals also does he do any fasting at all I've found doing 16 - 8 fasting has really helped me.

    In denial

    Been there done that with just grabbing all the chocolate and stuff but now I've cut it out on low carb life style if I crave sweet stuff what is doing it for me is grabbing berries and that is sorting my cravings but I dunno if that's just me.
