Yeah i will swap it out tomorrow and test. It's quite frustrating to see when i have been extremely good over the past few weeks.

I was 7.3 this morning (7am) which is the lowest it's been in years. My issue is its spiking really bad. I took it at 9am and it was 15.4. All i have had is a coffee, plain sainsburys own porridge and 2 sugar free polos.

One thing I have noticed over the past few days is my fasting level is anything from 13-16 and then it drops and continues to drop throughout the day. For example a drop to 7.8 early afternoon and pre dinner the lowest was 6.3. Can't work that out.

Typical diet at the moment has been. Boiled eggs at brekkie with a coffee (semi skimmed milk) Lunch can be chicken salad or some tuna with a sweet potato Dinner Some meat with veg and again either a sweet potato or without. Snacks are a handful of unsalted mixed nuts or some...
