Sounds like Neuropathy to me. I have it and it can be caused by high blood sugar. Really sucks and I would get to a doctor and have it diagnosed. They can give you meds for the burning and pain but I would get in and get it looked at. I think it should stop spreading in you keep your blood...

If you were fasting you might have been dehydrated, make sure you drink plenty of water next time to stay hydrated.
