    Can I just ask quickly Are you sure it's ok, because on the packet it says it has high polyols (a carbohydrate), whatever they are, so does that not make your sugar levels go high?

    I have had diabetes for a shorter time than you, but I like belvita breakfast biscuits, as they come in different flavours. there is a milk and cereal flavour, forest fruit flavours and things like that. And they are really portable :)
