Yes, ok. I did my bloods 30 mins after getting up. For breki I had 2 boiled eggs and 2 low carb toast with butter, cup black coffee. Lunch was Greek yogurt, sprinkling of chopped nuts, 6-8 raspberries. Tea chicken and avocado salad with mayo and few chunks feta. Lotsa water- 2-3 ltrs at least...

Why does bg Increase significantly afta exercise? I run 3 x wk on empty stomach which works well for me but bg definitely spikes immediately afta. Wots goin on??

My new meter arrived 2day. I got up afta my night shift at 2pm and did my 2st ever fasting bg test. It was 5.7. Is this ok?? I'll test again 2 hrs afta eating my breki but what shd I b lukng for for a gd reading?? I'm t2d. No meds. Hba1c of 44. New to this testing....

Meter ordered, thanx 4 advice. Had few glasses salt water (1/2 tsp sea salt in 1/2 litre water) Still suffering headaches. Will hv 2 go c dr but think they'll say stop lchf :-( as they're not onboard with it.
