    If you use the safety needles on the Insulin Pens they jab in quickly anyway, so I think this is very good advice (still stings a little tho)

    I've suffered from 'Diabetic Burnout' myself. It's horrible and mine was caused through bereavement. Talk to your team about getting advice, and stop beating yourself up. Everyone falls off the wagon at some point x
