My background insulin is Tresiba, which lasts 48 hours, and I take it at roughly 6pm each day.
Had the Libre fitted for just over a week and I’m a bit confused about the results.
Over night my glucose levels gradually lower (mostly) but then increase between when I wake up to my breakfast. Is this normal??

I’m seeing my Diabetic Consultant next week so I will talk to her and see if she can arrange a professionals meeting between the two teams to try and coordinate my care/support/treatment
Yes, Ketones only on that meter which errors far to often.
Normally use a Accucheck Mobile meter for blood glucose, but currently trialing the Freestyle Libre.
I use that meter for testing ketones and yes, lots of wasted strips.
Made worse by GP getting uppity and only allowing 1 pack of 10 ketone test strips per 2 months on repeat. Have to have an argument every 2 weeks (or less) when I need to order more.
