Hba1c 52 - Aug 2016, Cholesterol 9.7 diagnosed with type 2
Hba1c 49 - Oct 2016 diet change & no meds, Cholesterol 4.7 with statins
Hba1c 41 - Feb 2017 trying LCHF, no meds, Cholesterol up 5.2 with statins (bit lazy with the power walking over winter, hopefully hba1c & Cholesterol will be lower in July test)
