    Squire Fulwood » Thank you for your prompt reply. I will look into getting a meter i think, and monitoring it myself. I am A bit overweight it is fair to say - and have been dieting on and off for about a year. time to knuckle down and knowck this on the head.

    I recently had a fasting blood test done to check my LDL cholesterol level, due to heart disease in the family, and when i got the results (from a student) he infd me that I was pre diabetic with a level of 6.8 but he said "dont worry about it". Not really sure that I shouldn't worry about it...
