I am using Asda's own brand which has 1.8g of fibre per serving there in may lie the issue lol. I will definatley have too start on the green veg I think :D
I am only eating the tomato soup recipe at the moment but it says that should be the fibre intake we need...not sure what I am doing wrong? Maybe I need to try some roasted sprouts or something green :D
Noooo it's a good subject hehe. I have just found that now that I am one week in, I still have not ventured further into the loo :D although the water is certainly have a great effect on the other output :S

I am on the ASDA shakes aswell. Not sure if it will have any difference to the optifast as I think they too are just basically a sliming aid too :D
Hi there...I have a query on this 800 cal diet thing :)
On the sheet it refers to eating 250g or 3 portions of veg from the list to make up the extra 200 calories but if you calculate the calories for the 3 portions it only comes to around 65 kcals (no matter what combination of veg used)...
