Hi I am new to this. Recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Thought I was living a healthy lifestyle!

Doable. Diagnosed Oct 2015 Type 2. Diet, metformin and exercise. 90lbs so far. More to lose. (As for being healthy, Loch Ness Marathon twice) Good luck. Find me on the blog I often talk about what I've done in the gym (Before the marathons I was on crutches for 3 years - so I literally started from the beginning.
