    Off to gym in a bit Todays diet will be 3 eggs omlette cheese 4 slices of white bread Blueberries Pack of vegatables i can microwave and eat Water Thats it.

    Yday eating was Salad cucumber lettuce tomatoe sandwhiches special k blueberries 2 potatoes one sweetcorn Before this id have sodas and cokes... I know Im not allowed maybe bread and potatoes..

    Hi all Was told by my gp i have it. Not the end of the world yet but i have burning questions. I did get told no sweet no coke until 3 month review is up, but i cant help the odd weekly coke zero. Will it get worse? Seeing nurse this week will try and get my questions answered.
