After weeks of juggling! I have finally obtained a blood sugar of 7.4 ....diet and exercise is paying off! I know it doesn't seem like much to celebrate but I have been out of control for ages and I just feel happy about having a near normal blood sugar. I FEEL GOOD YEH!

Thank You Diddle, now I know to be a bit more careful when exercising so this doesn't happen.

I am following a diet plan whereby I write everything down, try to reduce my carbs and change what ever seems to send spikes in my blood sugar levels. I have been following this diet for almost 2 weeks I feel healthier and my sugars seemed to be in gradual decline....until today... This plan...

@ Sorefeet, I don't know if this helps, but my daughter has Autism too, and I have gone through the thing that you are experiencing with Diabetes... perhaps we can support each other here on the Forum :) Keep your chin up! :wink:

Wow! I wasn't expecting such a great response! You all are truly amazing. The information you have all provided is going to be bery helpful. I have always worried about counting carbs , but I am going to learn more about it. Am gradually beginning to make the connection I should have made three...
