Unfortunately my son is a good 6 hours away from home so I don't know exactly the timing but presuming the normal routine the basal dose will have been a good couple of hours after bolus. So thanks Catapillar and Himtoo - your advice pretty well was in line with my guestimate

Hey all spent a couple of hours waiting on advice from our local team after we accidentally stuck our son with his levemir into the same leg as his novarapid. Can anyone shed light on the short-term (next 24 hrs) and if there might be any adverse affects? Thanks muchly

Son started with the Libre yesterday and loves things like more data, better graphs and such BUT it turns out the UK license does not allow the meter to give Bolus advice on anything other than blood glucose - which means it IS NOT a prick free solution for anyone on carb counting who doesn't...
