Hi all, I missed a dose yesterday of my Sitagliptin tablet. I have taken it again at my usual time today and have felt really headachy and sick all day. That bad that I'm currently in bed feeling sorry for myself. Could this be because I missed a tablet?

Hi all, I'm new to this forum and reading through some of your comments, it's lovely to see I actually am not on my own. I wish I had found this sooner. I am suffering with bad anxiety atm and just been put on Sitagliptin alongside my metformin so I'm hoping things will ease soon.

Thanks Clive the drive as I have been suffering with really bad anxiety lately and my Dr said it's because my sugars are high. They have introduced Sitagliptin now so I'm hoping my anxiety will ease soon.

I had the same side effects and my doctor put me on slow release metformin which seems to have worked but I still get the effects if I eat things I shouldn't.
