That is incorrect, type 2 diabetics can now be prescribed Libre2. You just need to speak to your DSN and ask them, I originally was not fussed as I couldn't se the value and they were literally force on me! (BTW I am Type 1)

Do you have an excemption card, also do you drive. Both are good enough excuses to get as many strips as you want. If you drive just say it is the law that you test before each journey.
