Hello !!! Actually I am prescribed by my doctor to take insulin as there is no insulin produced in my pancreas ..... and I mostly don't follow my diet properly as mostly it is tasteless like like to eat Brown rice as it is good in fiber minerals ......but as it is said it has a lot of carbohydrates

Nope but yea it's a mixed insulin I am suppose to take in the mornings 15 units and in the night 15 units but the problem is that I don't know what to eat wheather it's healthy or not ......hence my weight is not increasing
