Type 1 Diabetes and Eating Disorders research

Hi, I deleted my original thread because I'm changed the format and have made a survey for it to be more accessible and anonymous if need be. I'm collecting research into diabetes and eating disorders for a university assignment I'm working on. It would be great to hear your responses. (and get...

    Lots of lows

Been kind of ignoring it but now I've realised and had enough of feeling rubbish. Either too low or too high. Thank you. I need to start recording everything again, I used to, then life got in the way and I never had time to write everything down.

    Lots of lows

I'm trying to get my sugars back in control, I'm finding myself hypo up to 3 times a day and it's so exhausting. Insulin Pump: Pro's and Con's

What I like about being Diabetic

My positive is (I'm still in education) definitely being able to sometimes pull the 'I'm diabetic' card when you're feeling unwell. Haha

    Type 1 Burnout.

I've had many burnouts and it's hard to get back into the mindset of controlling again, but it's worth it. I find there's nothing more satisfying than a day of good blood sugars. It's a matter of training your mind into KNOWING this benefits your health :)
