I've been diabetic for 15 years was always on oral meds but just started Long acting insulin a 8 weeks ago. I too got the free trial of the libra and love it, I'm going to ask for them to be put on prescription on my next diabetic nurse appointment in a months time, Fingers crossed

Maybe im misreading what you said above but HBA1c tests are normally done every 3 months, If you had one on 26th September and another on 14th October that's less than a month apart so that's not a good indication of what's going on Ultimately you always have a right to say no to any medication...
