    Medication:
    Metformin 2x500mg twice daily. Taken myself down to 1x500mg twice a day and feel better.
    Exercise:
    Walking mostly
    Diagnosed June 2015 weighting 89kg now June 2016 75kg and 2 stone to go,
    Blood sugar between 5 and 12 but top end decreasing slowly. Doing low carb with high fats and its working. Attend Weightwatchers weekly and food plan I follow fits in very well.
    January 2017 71.5kg and 1st 2lb to go. Its been a slog.
    April 2017 weigh 11st. 7lb to goal at weightwatchers, but would like to get to 9st 7lb.
