Just eating real food is the way to go. No processed **** and cook everything from scratch. You wud be amazed with how much better it can taste!!

Thanks Andrew. Feeling a lot better in comparison to 2 weeks ago. Still finding it hard but tryin to stay positive. Whenever I get to meet the dietician it may help a lot but it will take a whole to get to them!!!!

I tried an Atkins bar for a bit of a choc fix and no effect on sugar levels!!! It's not the best choc hit but it might do on e in a while. Pretty expensive too!!!! Time of the month is hard cos I always crave choc do much!!
