    Goals are weight loss and sugar reduction. I think i am still shocked by the diagnosis and also my body is getting use to the withdrawal of no red meat, crisps, potatoes, pasta, rice, bread and wine. Eating lots of blueberries, salads and fish which i do enjoy.

    Thank you. No treatment just diet change for now. Have cut out red meat, crisps, potatoes, pasta, rice, bread and wine. Portion controlling everything i eat but am eating very little healthy meals and snacks.

    Hello all - just been diagnosed and want to say my mind is overloaded with all the info!! Can someone just recommend a free app or a monitor that helps with it all PLEASE in one place, Week 2 and am so hungry but am doing OK and determined. Just reading some posts on here already makes me feel...
