    No definitely not. I’ve got all my info from groups on FB and the internet….and lost 8kg in 5 months and HbA1c down from 47 to 37! Paid nothing.

    I did a crazy thing yesterday by eating half a M&S lemon and sultana Danish cake….my spike at 8.3mmol stayed high for two hours and didn’t come way down to 6.2mmol until 3 hours! I didn’t even enjoy that half cake! I hope I haven’t blown my 3 month HbA1c check up due this month...

    Thankyou……..I won’t be going mad that’s for sure….I got a shock on my last HbA1c…..but it was nice to know that a slice of wholemeal didn’t put me through the roof….I was just curious. Tonight it was plain old fillet steak and salad. ☺️

    I’m okay now thanks…..it was just the one day but I upped the carbs and sugar a bit after that and just felt better all round.

    I would think it might be….I just had it for the one day and when I looked at my Nutra Check App…I’d had only 20g carbs for the day before and sugar was something like 13g!! Extremely low for me….so that doesn’t bode well for me. I know the Keto diet talk of ‘Keto flu’ for a short length...
