@Juicyj Yes I have a diagnosis. I was diagnosed a few years back but stopped taking them (iron tablets) after I got better. My levels have dipped again though so want to bring it up.. I was thinking of maybe just taking one teaspoon a day for a boost..

I was wondering if black strap molasses would be okay to eat? Bit of a conundrum as I know it is filled with refined sugar but also has a lot of iron it it which anemic people use

@Jaylee I changed it yesterday dinner time and it worked fine until this evening and started acting weird again with no insulin coming out.. I guess it's better to be safe than sorry. I'm just hoping I can get the new pens tomorrow!!
